Questions buyers ask

Does this check my credit?

No. We only ask for your best estimate of your credit range. The plan never runs your credit.

Do I need to give my Social Security number?

No. We never ask for your Social Security number.

Can I really buy with $0 down?

Some qualified first-time buyers can combine an FHA loan (3.5% down) with CalHFA's MyHome assistance (up to 3.5%) so little or nothing comes out of pocket for the down payment. Closing costs, credit (generally 640+), income limits and lender approval still apply.

Does this mean I'm approved?

No. These are preliminary results. A licensed mortgage professional must verify your information before any approval.

What if my credit isn't perfect?

Don't rule yourself out. Programs have different guidelines, and Robert can help you map steps to improve your buying position.

Is it really free?

Yes. The plan and the 15-minute call are free, with no obligation.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. Robert works with buyers in English and Spanish, start to finish.
